1.  The customer has (7) seven business days to return an item from the date of successful delivery.
  2. A return request must be sent to sales@opulencedesignconcept.com.
  3. Supporting documents must be attached to the request e.g. shipping proof, photos or videos.
  4. Product may be considered returnable when:
    1. It differs significantly from the description specified or advertised in the platform.
    2. It is faulty or damaged.
    3. The wrong item is delivered.
    4. It has missing parts or accessories.
  5. Returns will only be processed if:
    1. The item was not damaged while in customer’s possession;
    2. The item is still in its original packaging;
    3. The request for return was submitted within the allowable period.
  6. Opulence will not accept returns due to change of mind.
  7. Refund can be requested for returned items as long as it is within the allowable period and subject to the following conditions:
    1. Timeline of refund will depend on the customer’s respective bank and third party payment provider’s internal procedures.
    2. Refunds shall be released to the person who made the original payment. 
    3. Refunds are conditional upon Opulence’s acceptance of the returned item.
    4. Opulence may charge handling fees depending on the circumstances of the return.
  8. Replacement of item may be requested. All requests will be subject to Opulence’s approval. Upon approval, customer must immediately ship back the original purchased item to Opulence. Once received, Opulence will release the replacement item to the customer.
  9. Return request will be processed in (7) seven business days. Customers will be notified of the status via call or email.
