Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Orders

Opulence Design Concept Inc. may cancel customer orders due to any of the following reasons:

Product becomes unavailable for any reason:
Force majeure or acts of nature such as natural calamities, bad weather conditions, etc.
Unforeseen circumstances such as system error, wrong pricing and promotion, erroneous product image and specifications.
Non-compliance to order requirements.
Cancellation is ordered by any competent court.

Customers may cancel their order subject to the following conditions:

An email must be sent to sales@opulencedesignconcept.com
Approval and confirmation is given from Opulence Design Concept Inc.
The ordered product is not yet in transit for delivery.
